As an IT Infrastructure System Administrator, you will be part of our INFRA team, ensuring that our IT infrastructure remains reliable, secure, and high-performing.
You will support your colleagues in their daily work, continuously improve our IT environment, and contribute your expertise to exciting infrastructure projects.
Your mission
Administration and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure
- You administer and maintain our Windows servers and existing IT infrastructure.
- You monitor and continuously optimize the performance of our systems and applications.
- You actively contribute to the further development of our IT landscape and bring in your own ideas for improvement.
- Together with your team, you ensure the availability, security, and stability of our systems.
IT support and technical assistance
- You support our employees with technical questions and IT-related issues.
- You analyze incidents, develop sustainable solutions, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- When required, you also provide technical support to our customers.
- You work closely with different departments to help maintain a modern and efficient IT environment.
What you bring
- A degree in Computer Science or several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure)
- Good command of German and English; French is an advantage
- Interest in new technologies and enthusiasm for continuously improving IT systems
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- Team spirit, commitment, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Knowledge of Python, Linux, database technologies, or DevOps is an advantage
