As an Application Consultant, you are the primary point of contact for our customers in urgent matters, while also serving as a dedicated contact person for our existing clients. You support them in their projects and act as their central point of contact.

Central point of contact for all customers

You are the first point of contact for questions, urgent matters, or incidents.

You record requests in a structured way, prioritize them, and coordinate further processing.

You perform first-level analysis, develop initial solution approaches, and act as the interface between customers and internal departments.
Consulting and supporting existing customers

As a Key Contact, you support existing customers proactively and on a long-term basis.

You advise them on the use, further development, and optimization of our software.

You inform them about new features and updates and support their implementation.

You accompany ongoing customer projects and feed structured feedback into product development.
What you bring

Completed vocational training or a degree related to laboratory work

Interest in IT and enthusiasm for supporting existing customers both professionally and technically

Very good German language skills
