Your Responsibilities

• Project Management & Customer Support: You manage software implementation projects end to end and serve as the central point of contact for our customers.

• Consulting & Coordination: You advise customers on the optimal setup and use of our software and coordinate all stakeholders involved in the project.

• Requirements & Solution Management: Together with customers, you analyze requirements and develop tailored, practical solutions.

• Support & Quality Assurance: You support customers with technical and functional questions, analyze issues, and ensure sustainable solutions.

• Schedule & Resource Control: You keep an eye on deadlines, manage project progress, and ensure structured project execution.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or degree with a laboratory or scientific background

• Strong interest in IT and experience in project-based work

• Excellent German language skills

• Open, friendly, and confident manner

• Analytical mindset, quick comprehension, and solution-oriented working style

• Initiative, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of teamwork

• Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for direct, on-site customer interaction
