Your mission
- Device communication:
You act as the interface between our software and laboratory devices from various manufacturers. In close cooperation with them, you develop integrations that work seamlessly together.
- Supporting software rollouts for new customers:
You play a key role in ensuring that the implementation of our software for new clients is a complete success.
- Technical analysis and solution implementation:
With creative ideas, you turn customers’ technical requirements into practical solutions and ensure everything is tailored to their laboratory’s needs.
- Deep dive into complex challenges:
When our support team hits a wall, you dive deep into the issue, identify the root cause, and implement lasting corrections.
What you bring

Experience in application development, system integration, or as an Application Engineer
