As a highly detail-oriented and creative Document Layout & Output Management Specialist, you are designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality laboratory documents—such as reports, invoices, work lists, and shipment documents. You are someone who enjoys crafting visually consistent, functional, and compliant document layouts while ensuring their smooth generation and delivery through the renderZ output management system.
Key Responsibilities
Document Design & Development

You are creating and maintaining professional layouts for laboratory documents (reports, invoices, work lists, shipment forms, certificates, etc.).

You are translating business requirements into clear, structured document templates.

You are optimizing document structures for clarity, readability, and automated population.
Output Management via renderZ

You are configuring, testing, and managing document generation workflows using renderZ.

You are monitoring rendering performance and troubleshooting issues related to template execution, data mapping, and output consistency.

You are ensuring documents are correctly routed, delivered, archived, and formatted (PDF, print, digital delivery, etc.).

You are collaborating with IT and automation teams to maintain robust, reliable output processes.
Collaboration & Process Improvement

You are working closely with laboratory operations, customer service, and software development teams to understand documentation needs.

You are gathering user feedback and streamlining template creation and update cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications
