# (Senior) Software Architect (m/f/d) for Agile Product Development

You hold a degree in computer science and have several years of professional experience as a software architect?

**You think in domains, live and breathe Clean Architecture, and see the modular monolith as the elegant solution to complex requirements? You have a solid foundation in computer science and several years of experience in software architecture, and now you want to apply this expertise in an innovative and agile environment?**

Then it’s time we got to know each other!

### **Your mission**

After an intensive onboarding into our processes, you will take on a central role in shaping and further developing our highly complex laboratory software. You’ll make key architectural decisions that ensure our products remain scalable, maintainable, and future-proof.

### **Your responsibilities**

- **Design and evolve** a sustainable software architecture for our applications
- Strategically guide the transition towards a **modular monolith architecture** based on the principles of **Clean Architecture** and **Domain-Driven Design (DDD)**
- Define clear interfaces and responsibilities to ensure seamless **interaction between components**
- Collaborate closely with agile development teams to communicate and implement architectural decisions
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers on architectural topics

### **Your profile**

- Degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a software architect with hands-on expertise in **Clean Architecture, DDD, and modular systems**
- Solid experience in designing complex software applications, APIs, and service interfaces
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- A solution-oriented, motivated personality with a strong willingness to learn and an interest in new technologies
- Team spirit and the ability to excel both independently and collaboratively
