### **Your role with us**

- You develop and optimize our **Laboratory Information System (LIS)** and its modules.

- You implement technical concepts and ensure **clean, maintainable, and high-performance code**.

- You work closely with product management, QA, and fellow developers within an agile team.

- You analyze technical challenges and develop creative, practical solutions.

- You actively contribute to **architectural decisions** and the continuous evolution of our **tech stack**.

### **What you should bring**

- A degree in computer science or several years of professional experience in software development

- Good German and English skills; French is a plus

- Proactivity and the desire to help shape your work environment

- Flexibility, motivation, and interest in new technologies

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

- Knowledge of Python, .NET, Uniface, and/or database technologies is beneficial but **not required**
