Dive into the world of laboratory IT with us: As a Software Implementation Project Associate, you support our customers during the transition to our laboratory software and guide them in a structured way through the entire implementation process—from initial setup to successful productive use.

### Your Mission

- **Customer Consulting:** You support our customers with the setup and the efficient, correct use of our software.
- **First-Level Support:** As the first point of contact, you respond to inquiries and reliably analyze issues or disruptions.
- **Solution Development:** Together with customers, you develop suitable solutions tailored to their requirements.
- **Project Support:** You keep an eye on deadlines and actively contribute to project planning and implementation.

### What You Bring

- Completed vocational training or degree with a laboratory or scientific background
- Interest in IT and enjoyment in supporting customers both technically and professionally
- Strong German language skills
- Open, friendly, and confident manner
- Quick comprehension and solution-oriented thinking
- Commitment, team spirit, and the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for direct, on-site customer interaction
