### Your mission

- **Device communication:**  
 You act as the interface between our software and laboratory devices from various manufacturers. In close cooperation with them, you develop integrations that work seamlessly together.
- **Supporting software rollouts for new customers:**  
 You play a key role in ensuring that the implementation of our software for new clients is a complete success.
- **Technical analysis and solution implementation:**  
 With creative ideas, you turn customers’ technical requirements into practical solutions and ensure everything is tailored to their laboratory’s needs.
- **Deep dive into complex challenges:**  
 When our support team hits a wall, you dive deep into the issue, identify the root cause, and implement lasting corrections.

### What you bring

- Experience in application development, system integration, or as an Application Engineer
- Technical curiosity: you love exploring new topics and tackling technical challenges
- Problem-solving skills: you don’t just identify the problem—you fix it for good
- Hands-on mentality: you think proactively and take action, from analysis to implementation
- Strong communication skills: you can clearly explain technical solutions both internally and to clients
- Language skills: You speak fluent German and have a sound knowledge of English
